5x5 Project
1. Cross country team being loud and getting ready to leave for meet.
2. On car ride over view from the dashboard of the road ahead.
3. At the meet the gun goes off and the Varsity A boys take off.
4. On the cliffs above Harper's Ferry with cross country.
5. Clip of the fire at campsite with cross country.
When creating my 5x5 U used my 4th generation iPod touch. The camera is only .7 megapixels but my point and shoot was not functioning. I edited parts of my clips with the basic camera cropping tool on the iPod touch and edited the rest on wevideo. I felt like my video came out pretty well. There were one or two different shots that I felt like were better but the people standing around in them asked not to be put in the video. I am pleased with my 5x5 despite the few snags I hit. I really like the clip with the fire and the car. I also really the clip from over Harper's Ferry even though the wind was a bit loud. I think it would be cool if we made our next videos either silent or had them with music in the background. I also think another possible idea would be to make each clip a little bit longer. I think both of these could make the videos feel even more meaningful. We might even possibly do voice overs? All these would present a challenge but provide an interesting new way to film or edit.
